Refund Policy

1. Merchant of Record

All payments for UploadIQ subscriptions are processed by Dodo Payments, which acts as the Merchant of Record for all transactions. Dodo Payments is responsible for billing, payment processing, and applicable tax collection (including GST, VAT, and other local taxes) on behalf of UploadIQ.

2. Subscription Cancellation

You may cancel your Pro subscription at any time from your account settings under Settings → Manage Billing. Upon cancellation:

  • Your Pro access continues until the end of the current billing period.
  • You will not be charged again after cancellation.
  • No partial refunds are issued for unused days in the current period.

3. Refund Eligibility

We offer refunds in the following cases:

  • Duplicate charge: If you were charged more than once for the same subscription period, we will refund the duplicate amount in full.
  • Technical failure: If a critical feature of the Pro plan was completely inaccessible due to a bug on our end for more than 72 hours during your billing period, you may request a pro-rated refund.
  • Unauthorized charge: If you believe a charge was made without your authorization, contact us immediately.

Refunds are not issued for:

  • Change of mind after subscription starts.
  • Partial use of the subscription period.
  • Dissatisfaction with AI-generated recommendations (results vary by channel and niche).
  • Forgetting to cancel before renewal.

4. How to Request a Refund

To request a refund, email us at [email protected] with:

  • Your registered email address
  • The date of the charge
  • The reason for the refund request

We will respond within 3 business days. Approved refunds are processed by Dodo Payments and typically appear in your account within 5–10 business days, depending on your bank or card issuer.

5. Free Plan

The Free plan is available at no cost and is not subject to any charges or refunds.
